This could be caused by:

1. Faulty photo cell
2. Insufficient fuel
3. Incorrect air/fuel ratio
4. Faulty pressure switch
5. Faulty burner controls

Notes:

1. When contacting Cochran regarding a fault please supply Boiler Number (--/----) and Rating (both found on the main name plate at the frount of the boiler), fuel being used and the nature of the fault
