This could be caused by:

1. No ignition
2. No pilot flame
3. Insufficient fuel
4. Incorrect oil temperature
5. Excess air
6. Limit switches not proved
7. Air pressure proving switch not proved

1. When contacting Cochran regarding a fault please supply Boiler Number (--/----) and Rating (both found on the main name plate at the frount of the boiler), fuel being used and the nature of the fault
