1. When contacting Cochran regarding a fault please supply Boiler Number (--/----) and Rating (both found on the main name plate at the frount of the boiler), fuel being used and the nature of the fault
2. Only a competent person with the correct qualifications should address burner/boiler faults. For training information click here
3. When replacing parts, use genuine Cochran supplied items

• Burner will not start
• Burner runs up to light up position but stays at this position
• Burner runs up to light up but fails to ignite
• Burner lights but locks out
