Cochran gave a technical presentation to the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers in Qatar at its 4th General Membership Meeting & Seminar in November.

The occasion is a annual gathering which brings Filipino Mechanical Engineers in Qatar together, with the objective of enhancing their professional proficiency, developing camaraderie and better communication network among the members and as well as the industry prime movers.

The seminar, themed “Engineering fulfilment through parallel engagement with the advanced mechanical technology and Business Opportunities”, was organised by TOSC in association with Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers and Qatar Chapter.
