Cochran Agrees National Wage Structure

The positive accumulation of boiler orders over the last twelve months
coupled with a progressive and healthy order book for 2013 have allowed
Cochran to agree a new national wage structure with its Works staff.
David Young, General Manager states that he hopes the company will be
able to attract and retain capable tradesmen into its growing business
as we need to be able to draw on a dedicated and skilled workforce,
which, in turn, will help us continue to expand Cochran.
