We're looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Administrator. No previous HR experience is required – we'll provide the training, support and development you need to succeed.

About the Role
As an HR Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of HR services across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation.
- Assisting with training administration and record keeping.
- Supporting absence and holiday administration.
- Responding to employee queries.
- Providing administrative support to the wider HR team.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to learn about all areas of HR.

- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicates effectively with people at all levels.

- Takes responsibility for their work and follows tasks through to completion.
